At the ripe old age of 76, I'm going to try to describe my days in a way that will not only be interesting, but convey a spiritual message to my readers. If my writings turn one person to Christ or strengthen the faith of one Christian, the time I spend on it will be well worth it.

- First and foremost, I am a born again Christian. That means that I have believed in Jesus Christ and I have put my full trust in His death and resurrection as complete atonement for my sins. While still a sinner, I know that I'm forgiven before I even commit a new sin. My greatest joy in life is the knowledge and expectation that some day I will be enjoying eternal life with my Lord and Saviour. I also have strong interests in such earthly things as baseball, especially the SAN FRANCISCO GIANTS for whom I have rooted since 1962. I am a great NASCAR fan and root for Jeff Gordon. Oh yeah, can't forget the SF 49ers. I'm a lousy golfer, but enjoy the excercise and companionship of friends on the course. We now attend Friendship Church right here in the subdivision and be of service whenever needed. Prior to our moving down to the desert, we lived for 8 years in Arnold, California which is a small Sierra Nevada community at 4000' elevation with lots of snow. Quite a contrast between that home and the desert.
